LIMITED WARRANTY, DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF REMEDIES
Alpha Wire Company warrants its products against defects in workmanship
and materials for a period of one year from date of purchase. In the
event of a defect or other failure not caused by misuse or damage
to the product, Alpha will, at its option, repair or replace the product
or refund the purchase price. To obtain warranty performance, return
the product with proof of purchase to the dealer from whom it was
purchased.
EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY MADE ABOVE, ALPHA MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY
REGARDING THIS PRODUCT, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS
THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL ALPHA BE LIABLE TO ANY PERSON FOR ANY DAMAGES,
WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL, WHETHER ARISING
IN CONTRACT OR TORT, EVEN IF ALPHA HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY
OF SUCH DAMAGES.
