1. To Avoid
putting unwanted stress on cable when unreeling, make sure not to pull it
off a stationary spool. It must be unreeled by rolling off a moving
reel to prevent twisting, bending and kinking.
2. To relieve stress in the cable from packaging
and shipment the cable should be grasped at its midpoint and vigorously
shaken towards its ends.
3. The recommended bending radius must not be
exceeded.
4. When installing into Cable Track:
- Cable should be placed in the track
flat without twists.
- Dividers must be used to prevent cables
from entangling with each other.
- The weight of the cables should be evenly
distributed in track with heavier cables at the outside of the
track.
- Cables must be able to move freely inside
the track.
- Do not tie or fix cables to the track
or each other.
- A minimum clearance of 10% of the cable
diameter should be on either side of the cables in the track
- Cycle the unit several times before
clamping to be sure cables can move freely.
